On the 12-th of December 2007, the twinning agreement between the two cities has been signed. 

Over the years, cultural and economic ties have become even closer and stronger. The tight bond between our cities is based on respect, mutual support and sharing common values. We would like to strengthen the collaborative relationship in the future, by developing new partnership opportunities in various fields.
